Mwaura Kaara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and consultancy in the human rights sector. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Education, specializing in History and Kiswahili, equipping him with a diverse skill set to tackle complex global challenges.

Throughout his career, Mwaura has collaborated with the United Nations and various international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), sharpening his skills in logical reasoning, solution evaluation, and strategic recommendations.

His proficiency in project management encompasses thorough planning, scheduling, vendor management, rigorous risk assessment, budget oversight, change management, and precise project control.

Beyond his technical abilities, Mwaura excels in communication and leadership. He is adept at articulating ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, both in written and verbal forms. His leadership approach promotes a collaborative environment, empowering teams to achieve shared project goals.
