Lizel holds an Honors degree in Labour Relations and has more than 24 years’ experience in learning and development and 14 years-experience in Human Resources. She has experience at an executive level as HR Director (Greenpeace Africa) as well. Lizel has extensive knowledge and skills on devising employment contracts, MoU’s and SLAs. She also has extensive experience in staff assessments and selection. Lizel is a certified NLP Life Coach and focuses on behavioural competencies and positive habits and beliefs as well as negative beliefs specifically.
